Please help me with your website. I can only find videos that explain what a muscle imbalance is. Where are the videos that tell how to fix it. I have lower back pain from a herniated disc and my hips are crooked. My hips tilt to the right.

On the 3 day work out you recommend "Single Leg Balance", "Leg Raises", "Butt Kickers" and I didn't see where it was listed on how to do these 3.

I have nerve damage in my right leg. I had a surgery done when I was 5 years old. When the cast came off my right leg was dramtically smaller then my left. I tryed to do alot unliteral training. My right calf is smaller too. I tried static holds and one leg calf presses on the legpress. I don't know if it will ever be that same size what can I do to even my right leg out with my left. I even tried one legged squats sitting in a chair. One exercise that seems to work the best of my right thigh is dumbell step ups. That's also a functional exercise. I do one leggged leg curls and leg extension on the hammer machines. Is there any hope?

I have a daily ache between my shoulder blades sometimes accompanied by tightness in left arm, tingling in hand and weak little finger. Am wondering if this is a muscle imbalance. Physio has also said my left shoulder blade has become lax. What are good exercises and stretches? Ones I am doing don't seem to help.

I am experiencing the same EXACT symptoms as Cole has mentioned and some of Lucas as well. I too have been lifting since high school freshman year and am now a sophomore in college. I am rather strong and built, but definitley have a lot of work to do on the left side of my body. Recently i have been using the mirrors a lot and working on my form to try and equal out but stll have a long way to go. I have also been playing a lot of basketball to try and get cardio and sprinting into my workouts as well. I have made some progress as to gaining some size and strength to my left side, but it seems like my right grows twice as fast and takes over much of the weight on the barbell even though i concentrate hard on getting it up evenly in all excercises. I also hear clicking in my left shoulder and experience a great deal of pain in it after even a few sets while none at all in my right the whole workout. I also checked my posture how you had said in your video and it seems my left shoulder is forward, dipped down, while my right seems normal. I would really appreciate any tips, information, or videos that would help me get through this bump i cant take this imbalance anymore i have pretty much obssessed myself over it constantly switching back and forth looking at both sides of my body wishing they were even. Thanks a lot Jeff... PLEASE SAVE ME!

Jeff, I have a serious neck problem that I know is the result of poor posture. I have been working on it for 2 years and the sciatic issue has left me but my neck persists. Problem occured from having my right arm in a sling for several months back 15 years ago. From that point on I stood literally at a 45 degree angle for the next 15 yrs. After visiting doc's for the last 4 years I figured it out by looking at past photos. Anyway, my shoulders still roll forward slightly and my head drops down, forward and to the right becuase of the past posture issue. I have been working at it hard for 2 years. While it is better it is still not where it needs to be. Any advice as to a specific exercise routine would be most helpful and I will find a way to buy you a nice dinner.

Your videos are very informative and helpful. I now understand why I have back pain and what I have to concentrate on to fix it. I havent been able to find the video showing the lower back exercises or the roll exercises.

Thanks for putting this all together for our use.
