Hi Jordan,

When you signed up for all the videos, I should have sent you an email to a "Secret Video Page" that has all the videos for muscle imbalances on it.
At the bottom there should be a link explaining how to get more information on the individual exercises needed to fix most issues.
I hope that helps! =)

Hello Jeff -

Got a question for you.

I've noticed my back is extremely sensitive to little "dips" in my bed. I've placed books and other items in between my bed and box spring to even out the bed. This worked for a long time, but now it seems my low back is acting up again (the pain extends around into the front of my right hip, and slightly into my knee), and it appears to be related to the bed, but I'm thinking it's not the *real* problem. Others don't have that level of sensitivity to their beds. I'm thinking I have a muscle imbalance, and want to fix it (I very much believe in the concept, because I healed carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my arms using an exercise device called the "Flextend" glove).

I very much appreciate your videos, but I'm trying to find out exactly how to perform the exercises to fix this problem. :) Where can I find that?

Hi Lucas,

Thank you for your comment and questions. I appreciate you sharing your life with me and the blog.

I'll send you a personal email with a discount on the course Foam Roll Secrets. I hope your able to take me up on it because it will help the muscle imbalances in the Lats and Chest. Which in turn always effects the neck muscles.

Like always, consult your doctor before working out. And the course comes with a 60 day guarantee, so please, if it does not work for you even though I think it should help, ask me for you money back... It's really not a big deal. I want you to feel better, and I'm sorry to hear everything you are going through...

Again, thank you for sharing Lucas, and you should see a personal email from me soon.

I have been lifting weights off and on since I was in my teens and got really serious about lifting weights when I turned 25 years old. I i\'m 5\'11\" 230 pounds and had lifted weights hard for two years stright faithfully in the gym three times a week sometimes less or more. One morning I woke up and the muscles on the right side of my neck area were so tight that I could feel them pulling down on my collar bone. I went to the emergancy room several times due to me feeling off balanced, (Like I could not hold up my head) especially after I would eat or talk alot. I went to several different specialist for my ears and jaw to see if they were causing the problem and was told that my ears and jaw are fine.I have been told by my physical therapist and my doctor that due to the muscle imbalance on the right side of my neck everything in my face is tight and when I eat because of the muscles being so tight and imbalanced it makes my joints hurt. I I\'m still currently working with my doctor to fix this problem. I never had noticed the muscles imbalance until all this happend and then looking in the mirrior there it was, the right side of my neck muscle much smaller climbing up my neck then the one on the left side. I hurt so bad all the time and sometimes can\'t even enjoy watching my children do sports because the muscles that support my head feel so tired. My muscles around my head that are attached to my neck feel so weak that I feel off balanced when they are tired. The doctors took an x-ray along with a MRI of my neck and sholder area and due to the muscle imbalance on the right side you can see that my collar bone and the sholder bone connected to my back bone are being pulled down and it is begening to cause some arthrites in my back bone in the neck area. As time goes on I have done 6 months of physical therapy with some improvment. Understand that I live in a small town in the state of Colorado where this really has not happend much and I have little resources to work with. I have had to live with this for a year and a half now and I im ready to put in the work if that is what it with take to correct this problem. Living with this is a nightmare and I fear i will have to live the rest of my life like this please help me!!!!!!!!!

Because I mention in the video that the hips and quads are tight, you must stretch the hips and quads. i.e. Stretch your tight muscles.

And if your stretching your quads to their "Maximum" something is wrong... You must be careful not to pull a muscle or strain it. Please watch my video on how to stretch, and that explains how flexibility works. It's not from brute force do you gain more flexibility... Hope that helps...

Hello,

If sitting down streaches the cuadriceps to nearly it's maximum, how come that is one of the muscles to stretch to correct that muscle imbalance? Wouldn't it be the opposite one? (femoral biceps)

Regards,
Hector

Ya, defiantly have some tight muscles going on there.

I would foam roll if I were you. Make sure you doing plenty of body weight exercises and free weights. Push ups and pull ups help out a lot. As well as the one arm shoulder press if you stretch out your lats while you perform the exercise. If you can run, jogging is also a great way to equal out the bodies imbalances from left to right. Because your using both sides equally, if your consistent, one side will catch up.

To whoever can help me,

I\\\'ve been working out since freshmen year in high school. I\\\'m a junior in college and I\\\'ve quit working out because my left side of my body seems real tight. Its been like this since freshmen. My left arm and left chest muscle is a lot bigger than my right side. When I bench my left arm always goes up first and my right arm slowly comes up after. Sometimes the weight falls off the right side. I tired of feelin imbalanced. I feel like my left side is so much stronger than my right and I was to have an equilibrium and look good instead of odd. please help me
